Return & Refund Policy – WANSHI

At WANSHI, we ensure every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist.


Return Window

Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery.


Eligible Returns (Only If)

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory to process any return request.


Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color difference due to lighting

  • Slight size variation

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)


Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes inspection:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method


Shipping Charges

Return shipping will be covered by us only in case of a wrong or damaged product.

Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
